What is the best Spring powered airsoft sniper rifle for my price range?

I currently own a UTG l96 rifle which shoots at around 450 fps. The problem with it is that the hop up is unreliable and the gun isnt very accurate. So I am wondering if anyone knows of another spring-powered rifle that meets my qualifications?
1. between 100 and 315$
2. Fps greater than 420
3. Able to shoot heavy as well as .20 g ammo
4. Accurate ( if you know )
5. Solidly built/ can take a beating
6. Spring bolt powered

I would say the JG Bar-10 is your best bet, since you already have a UTG Type 96. It is only ~$100, and its FPS is just below 400 FPS most of the time.

The only reason why people recommend this gun is because it is fully capable of being upgraded with Tokyo Marui's VSR-10 parts (the Bar-10 is a clone of the VSR-10, if you didn't already know). Though this may take a much bigger budget (good thing your limit is $315) and may be a hassle unless you got an airsoft technician to do it for you. But wow, the results of fully upgrading the internals would make the rifle go as high as 500+ FPS. Another reason why it's a good rifle because it is a solid weapon. Though it may not be a full-metal weapon, the externals would last and won't be destroyed from multiple drops and scratches. Of course, it can use .20g BB's, but like most far-ranged rifles with high FPS, it is best to use .28g and heavier BB's for best accuracy in case the place you play in gets a bit breezy.

That's the only rifle that I could think of that match all your qualifications. The only thing left is the Tokyo Marui VSR-10 itself, which costs about $305 with a mock silencer, no scope/bipods, and a weak as heck 280 FPS with .20g. It might take less things to make it up to 450+ FPS, but it would go over your price line. But hey, it's a Tokyo Marui rifle, it could last forever if you take care of it properly.
