Why is the sky blue and why the grass is green?

Give me your ideas Why is the sky blue and why the green grass

The sky is blue because blue light is one of the shorter wavelengths of the visible spectrum, it is much more easily dispersed than the other colors light. If our eyes are more sensitive to the violet, the sky looks purple (because it is even more scattered than blue). This is also why sunsets and sunrises are orange and red. When the light went through much of the atmosphere most of the wavelengths shorter were dispersed leaving only the wavelengths, the reds, oranges and yellows. The grass is green because chlorophyll is green. Green is right in the middle of the visible spectrum of the sun sends us, so it makes sense that light sensative organizations evolve to have a color that is the most common.
