What razor(Traditional or Electric) is the best for a black male with sensitive skin?
I have sensitive skin & when I save it can result to me having mild acne and/or razor bumps. I was wondering if anyone has a system and/or razor that can give them a smooth cut yet does not get irritated after. I am also looking for something that cuts and leaves my skin smooth and not stubby.
The system I use is Neutrogena's Razor Defense System which helps with most of my razor bump/acne problem. I use a Gillette fusion power razor which cuts pretty decent, but rarely cuts smoothly. I am always left with a 5 o'clock shadow.
being that you have sensitive skin, before shaving you should wash your face, so no impurities get pushed into your skin while you're shaving. you should use a traditional shaver because electric tend to leave more razor bumps, and after you shave make sure you rinse your face, and apply moisturizer. moisturizer really helps cut down on razor bumps, make sure you moisturize days following the shaving as well.
