Please explain the difference between soft grain bread and white bread.?
Soft grain bread is made using flour whole wheat germ that has been removed, but has not lived through the bleaching process of white flour. White bread is made with white flour was stripped of the germ and white-white, now in its final phase, then some of the vitamins that have been lossed are replaced at the end of the process.
