Why are you using the blue plastic bins instead of metal boxes in the addition of electrical outlets in your home?
Y there is reason to blue boxes are supposed to be used in place of those precious metal?
It depends on the type of wiring that you have in your home. If you use NM-B Romex or you can use plastic boxes or metal cans with pliers in the cutting of protected Romex to get nicked. If you use a metal conduit, as your code may require, you must use a metal box. The box itself is generally considered part of the ground for the circuit. Good luck.
