Skull Live

How can I get catch skull in Halo 3?

It will not appear and I tried to do the skulls in order to co-op please help me get it, but I did not xbox live so I can not get the skull with another person who can find sorry David Z, I tried and it does not work Can I beat the game in normal or more offline co-op and online

uh, I know somepeople had to beat the whole game on normal and get the achievement for doing so, before they are able to obtain this skull, other people had beat the entire game on heroic and legendary before the skull appears at this level. I have not had a problem, but I beat the entire game on normal before I started going after skulls. My cousin who had just beat the entire game on easy got all the skulls, but this, once he beat the whole game on normal, the skull showed where it was supposed to.
