Why is it that all the PDFs change I make in Paint does not seem very clear, after being printed?
I have files that if I need to change any information, I scan (PDF) and then open in pait to do everything I need to change. I then realized they do not look so clear after I print them.
If you need to edit PDF files, why not use PDF Xchange? http://www.docu-track.com/ You can add information (even if the permissions are not the original pdf to right) and save as a new pdf. Just click on the typewriter. No watermark is.
