Car crash 2008 pontiac G5. Seatbelts dont work what action to take?
After the crash my passenger said she had a sore side. Later we relized the seatbelt on her side didnt restrain her. It was only a minor accident and the car will be repaired. But we are both worried about driving and unsafe car. Its been a week and she is just starting to show severe pain in her back and rib area. Also the airbags didnt deploy. Does anyone know if GM will take action on this or what we should do?
It should still be under warranty. Take it back to the dealer and demand they fix it correctly.
