How to talk to an old English word?
Me and my friend like to waste time speaking in Old English. hes really good. I mean it does not add to TH at the end of each word. Heres something he told me. Alas. What this boils in the kettle fragile discontent. I'll count up the nave alone or must I rise to heaven and to be summoned by the gods. It's just stupid, but funny. What else to say a few words or phrases that we could use?
Try Beowulf. You can get an edition paraphrase and notes on pronunciation.I does not recommend the movie Angelina Jolie though. This will tell you nothing.
