How can I soften my leather belt without ruining it?
is there any way to soften my stiff leather belt?
Find a gravel driveway or parking lot, lay your belt flat on the gravel, step on it near the buckle end with a pair of safety boots and drag it by the buckle underneath your boots a few dozen times. This will soften it up really good.
Most stiff belts are made that way for a reason. To hold gear like cell phones or radios, or to last a long time. If you don't want a stiff belt, don't buy one. Buy one that's soft and supple to begin with.
