Grain Cowhide
Grappling gloves for beginners. help!?
Hi. I want to buy grappling gloves (with open fingers) but I don't have a clue of what is good or not. I am a beginner so I don't need something too fancy or expensive but I want something that is good value for money. I have seen gloves made of different materials: Cowhide leather, grain leather, vinyl and PU. Please I need advice.
I am based in the UK. I would appreciate if you could also recommend me any good store where to buy these gloves.
I want them for practicing with focus pads.
i don't think you need special gloves, if all you're going to do is "wrestle" and roll around (grapplers don't use gloves to wrestle)...
...unless you're smack or backhand someone while wrestling, then you should probably get some Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) gloves.
