Diamond Pearl

What pokemon can I get when I put older games in the DS with my Diamond/Pearl?
In pokemon Diamond and Pearl, there are some pokemon that you can only get if you have one of the older games in the DS while you are playing your Diamond/ Pearl game. Can any one give me, or point me to a list of what pokemon I get with each of the older games, and where in the game to find them?
For instance if you have Emerald in the DS while you play Pearl you can find a Weedle on Rout 204.
