Color Splatter

What is that one website that gives you a blank canvas to paint on with splatter paint and brushes and such?
That one cool website... I can't remember what it's called! It has a nice little canvas and you can adjust the paintbrush size and the color and everything, and there's also a splatter paint bucket. Some people make really amazing pictures and 'share' them?
What is it called?! It's driving me crazy...

Well, One i know is similar.
It is a game called Isketch.
It is an online Pictionary, But it has a gallery you can just draw on.
