Color Design

What color tie design / go with this shirt?

I just bought a great gray shirt that looks like this: It is http://shopapparel.lacoste.com/p/Silver-Collection-Long-Sleeve-Textured-End-On-End-Shirt/B001NDMVM8?intid = ref_dp_vPopover_title but not textured and perhaps a little darker but only slightly. I wondered what link design / color would go with her.

You can work almost any color with a striped tie that multicolored diagonal blue .. or really any other color you could rock a link with a slight connotation pink or orange ... but not all of these colors ... I would not advise that the high red color, but only because it would conflict with the nuances color of the shirt, but if you want to go solid you could do boring black white blue (any shade) greens, again ... anyshades a purple shirt gray is a pretty versitile shirt
