Is it ok to bring a small pack of mini wet wipes to a casual dinner?
My daughter and her husband took me to out to dinner and I offered them a wet wipe for their hands, and she snapped at me, saying that was not proper table manners for dining out.
I personally would not mind. If it bothers your daughter, keep them in your purse and step away from the table to use them. (Or keep it hidden under the table.) Remind her that in very upscale restaurants, they offer wet towels at the end of the dinner to wipe up with!
