Liqueurs handmade / liquours is a good idea too. CDs, movies, these are things easy to under $ 20. What about SCA related accessories? You may be able to make or buy a couple little things, like a new cloak pin receptacle to drink or something. (Last year I made a linen hemmed by hand from a friend as a gift to me at night 12.)
