Why are there more black than white recipients recipients?

If I said that because blacks are genetically more quickly, I 'll get 100 thumbs up. If I say it's because blacks are used to flee the police, I'll move the issue reported. If someone asks why black people are poor, the politically correct answer, for socioeconomic reasons (IE not genetic, such as running from the police). If I say it because they are born lazy (genetic) then I will again be banned. Big double standard there, I just wanted out. In reality, is a set of reasons. Because generations of poor nutrition, there are many sports that black children weigh only 190 pounds at 6'1. Most white children athletic 6'1 weighing 225 + generations because of better nutrition. Since they weigh more, they are generally a little slower. Guys like Welker prove that there are white kids quick. Although it is a little thicker than some of his black counterparts. It summarizes quite well the socio-economic development. The cultural side is that most people in this country are a kind of racism. It works both ways. If there is a fast, athletic black kid, he is set to wide receiver or corner back of his Little League team. If it is white, they tell him to grow, and play tight end or linebacker. They get bigger, but they also get a bit slower. The same thing happens in the sprints. If a white child is fast at a young age, he was told to start running distances because it will never be a sprinter. It is the brain washed at a young age in their believing that he can not run quite as fast as the black child. Psychology is an important part of sports, even in things that seem as it would not matter, as the strength and speed.
