Do you make your belt tight to your waist line smaller?
If I tighten my belt (muffin top). Would I be able to obtain a smaller size if I wear my belt tight that all the time?
Hmm, interesting question. In theory, it's kind of crazy .. But Again I saw a lady on the book of Guinness World Records which had a 5 "size, or something like that, because it was tightening its belt over the years .. While this is certainly not recommended! All training every day and do some cardio. You're bound to see the results!
